Learn a staff MENTOR framework and process for creating respectful, trusting, and non-judgemental partnerships with students. This framework creates shared language among staff and helps staff establish a process for creating authentic mentor relationships with vulnerable and traumatized learners. Additionally, the Model teaches staff techniques and strategies for building rapport and using daily motivational CARE conversations to fuel a mentor relationship. Learn how to keep learners open, committed, and progressing towards program goals and outcomes beyond the program honeymoon phase and during periods of volatility and vulnerability .
